Our most recent development project consists of four buildings on 100 acres in Louisville, KY at the Globalport Business Park. Tenants are H.D. Smith Whoesale Drug Company, Brightpoint North America LP, Owens & Minor and Northern Kentucky Logistics.
All properties are currently fully leased.
